Welcome to Urban AC Service. By using our AC repair, installation, and maintenance services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

Urban AC Service provides:

• Air conditioner installation (Split, Window, Cassette AC)
• AC repair and troubleshooting
• AC gas refilling and leak detection
• Regular AC maintenance and cleaning
• Parts replacement and upgrades

All services are subject to availability and technician discretion based on safety and technical feasibility.

2. Service Booking and Scheduling

• Service appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or our website contact form
• We strive to provide same-day service but cannot guarantee availability during peak seasons
• Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or previous service delays
• Customers must provide accurate address and contact information for service delivery

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices quoted are subject to inspection and final diagnosis
• Service charges are due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, UPI, and digital payment methods
• Additional charges may apply for emergency services, after-hours work, or difficult access locations
• Prices are inclusive of labor and standard materials unless otherwise specified
• Genuine replacement parts are charged separately

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by calling us at least 2 hours in advance
• Multiple no-shows or late cancellations may result in service denial or advance payment requirements
• Urban AC Service reserves the right to cancel appointments due to weather, technician availability, or other unforeseen circumstances

5. Warranty Terms

• Service warranty covers workmanship and installation quality for 30-90 days depending on the service type
• Parts warranty is as per manufacturer's terms and conditions
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs by third parties
• Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period
• Proof of service (invoice/receipt) is required for all warranty claims

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe and clear access to the AC units requiring service
• Ensure power supply is available at the service location
• Be present or have an authorized representative during service
• Report any issues or concerns immediately after service completion
• Follow maintenance recommendations provided by our technicians

7. Limitation of Liability

• Urban AC Service is not liable for pre-existing AC defects or damages
• We are not responsible for damage to property caused by customer negligence or failure to follow our recommendations
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• In case of disputes, maximum liability is limited to the invoice amount

8. Safety and Access

• Technicians have the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe
• Customers must inform us of any pets, children, or special circumstances at the service location
• We reserve the right to suspend work if safety protocols are not followed

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Urban AC Service and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes should first be reported to our customer service team
• We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 7 business days
• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts

11. Changes to Terms

Urban AC Service reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
